DescriptionNeedle lace made with close, smooth buttonholing relieved with spaced stitches, openings, and raised outlines. Some use of finer filling stitches and of raised lines worked over bundles of thread. Ground of picot-decorated bars. Attached to a needle-made heading. The left-hand edge is an original starting edge.
