DescriptionThis doll portrays a high-ranking warrior with an elaborate helmet and baton (saihai). His face is oval and painted with pigmented gofun, and his hair is not tied. He is dressed in layers of robes and trousers made of silk fabric. His shoes are covered with silk with gold brocade and coarse fur. His armor is constructed of lacquered paper boards. He has a sword with a black-lacquered sheath and a part of a bow (missing ends).
