DescriptionA towering sculpture with a black ovoid base with three sliced sections of gold-leaf. The central tower is comprised of three sections. The first section above the base is a large fragmented cone shape of green patinated bronze, with the small point stemming from the base sliced into three equal sections. These sections are slightly off-kilter and appear as if they are sliding off one another. The central section is a solid bronze semi-circular fluted bowl, with scalloped edges. The top of the bowl is flat and solid, with a glossy sheen. A smaller green patinated bronze cone tops the sculpture, also in sliced into three equal sections.

The artist’s last name and date of the work are carved into the base: Wendell Castle 1990.
