DescriptionThis cloisonné-style plate has a dense stylized foliage pattern behind an almond shaped centerpiece. The background is mainly bright turquoise-blue and depicts pomegranate flowers in different stages of bloom. The flowers are red with white tips, and yellow centers and stems of red beads. The centerpiece depicts a landscape scene, with similar blossoming flowers (in less detail and color), a body of water in the center horizon, and a bird perched on a rock.Provenance
