DescriptionQuilted in two stages, the decorative pattern was worked first in a mix of Italian and [illeg.] quilting, then a second backing was added and the ground was quilted. The backing is a later addition. In the center, a basket of fruit and flowers, surrounded on three sides by a scrolling line of leaves and small flowers.
