DescriptionThe unglazed vessel has been burnt brown on the surace. It has a tapered, tubular spout rising at an acute angle. A scroll and two circle motifs are molded in the lower spout. On the opposite side of the spout is a heart-shaped open for filling liquid, and a flat strap handle curving down to the body. The handle exterior is decorated with three incised grooves. The vessel features a large, bulbous body decorated with an impressed overall pattern of lozenge motifs. The body is raised on a cylindrical foot with splayed rim. The interior is open from the heart-shaped open to the bottom of the cylindrical foot.
