DescriptionThe background color of the weaving is a natural grey that appears as seven stripes that separate the other design elements. These elements are stripes of zigzag lines that employ pulled warp technique. The four central ones have two complete zigzags and are comprised of lines of natural grey, red, yellow, green, and dark blue. The lines nearest the end of the weaving are made up of one and one-half zigzags, and the lines are natural grey, red, green, and dark blue without the yellow accents. The long sides of the weaving have wavy edges because of the pulled warp.ProvenanceSusan De Jong, Santa Fe, NM;
