DescriptionTwo tall corn figures dominate the image of the weaving. They have thin black bodies that sprout black angled leaves on either side. At the base of two of the leaves, ears of corn are represented. They appear on a natural light brown background. The area between them is adorned with various rectangular and diamond-shaped forms in red, black, grey, brown, and white. Bars of red over black are stacked to their sides nearer the edge of the weaving. Above them are two birds each, one black and one orange. The border consists of a band of white, a narrow band of red, and a wide band of blackish brown.ProvenanceSusan De Jong, Santa Fe, NM;
