DescriptionThis is a scene of a group of people in China who are tested weekly for the Coronavirus. A red, cartoon figure sits in the center of a circular composition across from a worker clad in a white hygienic suit to the viewer’s left. Behind the red figure are two similar figures in muddled yellow and red and a pink flamingo sticker. The worker on the left is swabbing the red figure to test him for the virus, and the cartoon figures’ mouths are open, black circles. The background is a gradient from a bright yellow at the center to a muddy brown at the edges of the piece, and many stickers and spots of color are scattered around the edges of the piece. The air index for China and America respectively are listed as “52” in a green bubble, and “146” in an orange spiky bubble at the bottom.
