DescriptionThe kimono is unlined and made of plain weave Meisen silk. The warp and weft were printed with stencils and were woven to make the abstract pattern. Multi-colored lines flow across the kimono horizontally, separating the ground filled with wire-thin grids. Some areas with denser grids are rich, dusty pink, while others appear light pink.
