DescriptionThis is a black ink drawing from which a mylar key would be made. From the left it depicts: a Kabuki actress in an elaborate black wig gazes into an oval mirror with a black frame, but instead of her reflection, the mirror shows Andy Warhol’s Elizabeth Taylor. The actress’s proper left hand reaches up to adjust a knotted ribbon in her hair.Provenance
