DescriptionThis watercolor represents the hip-length form of a red-headed nude woman outlined by a black background on off-white watercolor paper. The black background does not extend to the edges of the page in the upper left or right corners, or on the left or right sides of the page. The woman raises her bent right arm above her head and extends her bent left arm out to the side. The right arm extends beyond the paper just above her wrist, and the left arm just below her elbow. A green plant is positioned beneath her left arm, in the lower right corner. On the verso is a line drawing of an urban scene with intermittent blue, peach, and brown watercolor washes.
