DescriptionNarrow brass box with hinged lid. The lid is engraved with four metalworkers in a foundry. The bottom is decorated with engravings showing the interior of a shop with a female clerk, a male helper and a male customer. Text is engraved around the sides of the box. On the front of the box is engraved the date: "July 30, 1754".
