DescriptionThe center bowls is marked Gorham Sterling, MGW, with 3 seals. It has a gold-washed interior and is mounted on four oval-shaped pad feet. It is monogrammed MEL, is round in form with deep everted rim chased and applied with beading and scalloped edge surrounded by shell cartouche. The liner bowl has 2 drop ring handles applied with inside brackets. Marked GM Co. EPUGW. The silver mesh insert fits inside the rim of the insert bowl having a domed form. The plateau is oval in form, having four, round-pad feet. En suite with the bowl and marked VFT. Tray is marked sterling NMC with 3 seals. It has a plain central well chased at the corners with large-scale shell and scroll motif. Monogrammed MEL.
