Concentric bands of multiple strands of colored beads in red, light blue, white, and green---the Maasai complementary oppositional colors---with each band separated by a contrasting strand of white, red, or light blue beads. The concentric strands are joined together with wire at six points, with the center front of the necklace joined by a row of large, flat beads in light blue, yellow, red, white, green, deep blue, and orange.
