DescriptionBobbin-made straight lace of the Bedfordshire Maltese style. Whole stitch ornamented with raised weat-ears; plaited bars decorated with picots. Pair of lappets made as a single unit. Straight center section and spade-shaped ends. Decorated with round flower heads and, in the ends, with delicate branching plants.Provenance
