DescriptionImage of gold miners in hand-colored shirts, standing by a wooden trough (long tom), mostly in profile. There is also a man in suit and top hat. This half plate daguerreotype is housed in a brass mat inside of a case with a mismatched/detached lid and a burgundy velvet liner which is embossed with the artist's name and address.
