DescriptionThis is a tall, narrow bronze sculpture set on a limestone base. A female figure is at the top of the sculpture, and there is a long, narrow bronze rod connecting the figure to the base of the sculpture. Along the bronze rod are several sculpture details which extend out to the side in equal lengths, making for a symmetrical sculpture, if viewing from the front or back. There is a wingspan, roughly in the middle of the sculpture, and several triangular shapes throughout the sculpture, one of which looks like it could possibly be depicting sails on a boat. There are three horizontal shapes closer to the top of the sculpture. There is no color added to the dark bronze or the lighter limestone base.Provenance
