DescriptionThe lower part of the print is dominated by wheel seen from the side that seems to be made of black and white tiles within a strong black frame. An angular black shape and a streaky grey line with black ends are superimposed on it. Above the wheel is a tray with a delicate whisk – or perhaps a fan of pages, it’s hard to tell. The left side of the tray has five curved bars. A grey substance flows from the middle of the tray into the wheel. It also flows from the right side of the tray in a shape that resembles the profile of a bird. A small black bird with a crow’s beak and white feet seems to be standing on top of it.Provenance
