DescriptionThis is a folded “book” with 15 panels. The images flow one into the other. Panel 1 is a crocodile, panel 2 is a snake, panel 3 is a lidded box with a fantastical creature on the lid. Scissors are depicted on panel 5, and matches are arranged in an unusual configuration on panel 6. The artist has populated additional panels with images of animals, and concludes the book with frog leaping toward a cube on which is rendered a dog and lion.Copyright© Estate of Ellen Lanyon
