DescriptionThe tiara is composed of two thin-circular tubes which go around the back of the head, and the top of the head (like a headband with two side “wings” made of strips of metal, reminiscent of individual feathers). The strips have partial gold-foil stripes on the surface at the bottom of the “feathers,” with the top strip covered entirely in gold. When worn, the two “wings” are placed on the left and right side of the head, above the ears and close to the temple area.ProvenanceThe artist, Brighton, England, 2016;
