DescriptionThree vintage prints mounted to a single mat. Images of a man and woman seated in a bricked alcove overlooking a densely packed city next to a river.
The left image shows a woman seated at a table and a man wearing suspenders standing beside a lounge chair facing the woman.
The middle image is of the same man and woman in a bricked alcove overlooking the city. In this image, however, the city is distorted and the details are eliminated so that the buildings appear impressionistic. The woman is still seated at the table, but the man has turned and is walking away from her with his hands tucked into the waistband of his trousers.
The right image is quite similiar, but this time it is in reversed/negative colors which are deeply contrasted in stark blacks and whites. The woman is seated at a table with her legs crossed while the man walks farther away from her towards the brick patio.
