DescriptionImage of five gold miners on a rocky cliff holding various implements: picks, shovels, etc. Each man stands in profile and their sluice divides the composition diagonally. This half plate daguerreotype is housed in a brass mat with an emerald green velvet liner inside of a traditional brown case with gold tooling along perimeter.
