DescriptionNarrow beaded belt with central triangular shield (worn with projection facing upward). Two beaded lines divide the triangular shield in half, creating a smaller blue triangle on the left and a red triangle on the right. This division extends downward, with beaded lines dividing the shield's rectangular base into two smaller squares of red (left) and green beadwork. The length of the belt is covered in light blue beads with a central row of larger flat white beads framed by two beaded red lines. The belt tips are beaded in red (left) and green, and 2 bands of white and red beads crossing the width of the left and right sides of the belt.ProvenanceAcquired in Kenya by Linda M.
