DescriptionImage of a seated man with long side burns wearing a suit with vest, jacket, and bow tie. He rests his elbow on a stack of books. This sixth plate cased daguerreotype is housed in a brass mat inside of a brown case with gold trim and a red embossed velvet liner. The case depicts Birds and The Fountain motif.Published References
