DescriptionSilver coffee jug with a short curved spout and silver handle with ivory insulators. The domed cover has a large flat button finial attached above the ivory insulator. The upper and lower body of the jug are decorated with four bands of narrow fluting. The jug is engraved on one side with a crest (Chaigmead Family of Ireland) and monogram in a cartouche and on the other side with a coat-of-arms in a matching cartouche.
