DescriptionDecorated with standing, crowned figure of William III wearing ermine-lined robe and golden apron and bearing orb and scepter; head flanked by initials WR; figure, by green leaves. Center rimmed by three bands of clear yellow, two being divided by border of stylized leaves in blue and brown. Blue-dash border.
