DescriptionFigure standing, arms crossed over chest with hands together, left over right. Wears hood (painted dark red) and cloak (draped over shoulders with arms hanging loose) of light blue mottled glaze with green collar (with revers), over a deep, mustard-yellow robe with high neck, narrow belt, mid-calf length, over boots. Hollow, with a small vertical opening between the hands, intended for holding an object, now missing.ProvenanceLaurence Sickman (1907-1988), Kansas City, MO, by August 1956-1970 [1];
