DescriptionImage of wood structures in a heavily forested area. A group of men work with pick axes and shovels at the base of a wooden structure. This half plate ambrotype is housed in a brass mat inside of a Union case with a purple velvet liner. The cover of the case depicts a woman riding a bull with a man standing next to her and holding her hand.Provenance
