DescriptionIn this print, a broad gestural swath of "paint" moves from the top portion of the composition to the bottom. It is offset to the left, by a thin line made up of drips of "paint" running more or less parallel to the larger vertical brushstroke. The ground is dark green and the gestural, painterly components are silver. Other, minor areas of dripped paint appear over the vertically elongated composition.Copyright© Pat Steir
