DescriptionImage of a man wearing a suit seated next to a table stacked with books. His right hand rests on top of a weighty tome. This quarter plate cased daguerreotype is housed in a brass mat inside of a case with a Vase with Fruits and Flowers motif and an embossed red velvet liner.
