DescriptionImage of a man wearing a uniform with gold stars around collar and fringe on the shoulders. His hat is tall with a wide brim and the front reads "Douglas 4". This hand-colored quarter plate cased daguerreotype is housed in a brass mat inside of a case with a Vase with Fruits and Flowers motif and embossed red velvet liner.
