DescriptionImage of men, women, and children standing in a grassy landscape with a wooden fence along the right and two wooden structures in the background. One man wearing overalls stands on top of a fence post. This sixth plate daguerreotype is housed in a high relief cast thermoplastic case with a beehive and farm implement motif surrounded by a floral scrollwork of wheat fronds, ears of corn, and acorns with oak leaves. The lid has a dark purple velvet covered cushion liner with an embossed scrollwork design.
