DescriptionAdam and Eve stand under two flowering branches. Single flower head emerges from bifurcation and has slender serpent coiled around its stem. At the foot of the tree, panel inscribed: "The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the lawe 1; of Corinthians. 15 and the 56; vers". Figures and branches, dark brown; serpent, some flowers, lighter brown; notched rim.Published References
