DescriptionOf ovoid form, resting on a solid foot with splayed edge, the slightly flaring short neck encircled by four small double-stranded loop handles applied high on the rounded shoulder above engraved double-line border, the hard grayish-white stoneware body covered with a white slip and applied with a finely crackled translucent pale greenish glaze ending in an uneven line short of the base, and with attractive drips of glaze hanging lower in places.
