Gallery LabelStanding with her weight on her left hip and her right knee jutting out, this abstracted woman leans against the wall. The body parts are geometric and meant to be ambiguous. Artist Henry Moore felt that the viewer's "non-logical, instictive" mind played a part in completing the sculpture. In only suggesting certain shapes, Moore left the interpretation open for each viewer.
