The figures in these prints are meant to be facing each other on a pair of door panels that open inward into a room. The images represent the wish that the two boyish drivers bring wealth through the door with their trolley. On the left, the flag on the trolley reads: “Importing thousands of gold ingots every day.” The inscription on the right reads: “Returning with a full load.”
