Enlivened with vibrant color, dynamic bodies emerge from and dissolve into decorative foliage in Orange Duet. Inspired by Tunji Adeniyi-Jones's West African heritage and sources across time and cultures, the figures and the space they occupy are evidence of what the artist calls “addition, combination, and collaboration." "I really want to show balance and grace, at all times, and a composure and confidence,” he asserts, “I don’t want these figures to feel like they have anything to prove.”
