DescriptionThis large square-format work is a rich collage of densely overlapping, irregularly shaped paint chip fragments adhered to a wooden support in an all-over composition. These paint chips range in color from cream and gold to coral, rose, and burgundy, to mint and kelly green, and shades of robin’s egg and midnight blue. A thin, off-white frame surrounds the piece.Exhibition HistoryMax Estrella, The Armory Show, New York, September 8-10, 2023
