DescriptionPortrait of man, woman, and child seated. A series of isolated intentional vertical scratches has almost entirely obscured the image of the child. The man wears a suit and the woman a dress with a gold embellished brooch. This sixth plate partially cased daguerreotype is housed in a brass mat inside a brown leather case (missing lid).Provenance
