DescriptionImage of two women identically dressed in sleeveless tops with patterned skirts walking down a sidewalk with people seated on the right in a long row of benches that overlook a body of water.Gallery Label"No one moment is most important … Any moment can be something." -Garry Winogrand
Garry Winogrand moved through city streets like an energetic magpie in search of potential photographs. Unafraid of-if not sometimes purposefully provoking the frustration and annoyance of his subjects-Winogrand's presence and effect upon his pictures is undeniable.
