They might expect me to talk about wo- / men because I am known for the photo of the pin- / up and the nude. Other might expect me to talk / about the five cameras we build. But it I have to / put what is most important in life to me, it would / be health. I cannot understand how most people / destroy their only body with drink, smoking and / inactivity. To my wife Alice and me, jogging tow / miles every day, swimming and gym work is the most / important thing we do. A day doesn’t go by that we / don’t do two or all three of these. We don’t like / to watch other people exercising however, Watch- / ing baseball for example, or golf. Better to run / the 18 holes! I am now 58 and intend to run to / the end of my life, The more you run, the longer / you live. Take Mr. Lewis of San Francisco. He / ran about 3,500 miles a year. Still running until / he died at 105. How may baseball players live / that long? Cokes and hot dogs kill them.”
