DescriptionIn "Blankets", two large swaths of red cloth, apparently hanging on a clothes line, span the height and width of the painting with a vertical sliver of an opening just off center. Through the opening is a narrow view of landscape, a yellow blanket on the grass, and a radically cropped glimpse of two people.
