DescriptionHand-colored image of a man wearing breeches with buttons at the knee, a wide collared jacket with fringe on the shoulders, a cravat, and a hat with a tall plume. He is seated on a wooden chair with his left arm resting on the back. This half plate daguerreotype is housed in a brass mat inside of a case with lyre motif and an embossed red velvet liner.
