DescriptionImage of a young man (with slight smile) holding a paper wrapped parcel tied with string; a return address label is adhered to the front. He's wearing a dark suit and tie with a straw hat. This sixth plate daguerreotype is housed in a stamped brass mat with rounded corners inside of a case with an embossed image of a bird perched on a branch with gold tooling and a red velvet liner that is embossed with a floral design.
