MarkingsHolder - on one side: "Biennais" stamped, diamond punch with monkey and letter "B", octagonal mark with rooster facing right (Paris, 1st standard 1819), octagonal mark with woman's full face (dated after 1793); on other side: diamon punch with monkey and "B" octagonal mark with woman's face, and circular mark with profile (Paris, standard mark 1819). On dishes: 1. octagonal mark with man's bearded profile fac. right (Paris, 1st standard, 1819-1838) and triangular mark with letters JCC. 2). octagonal mark (Paris, 1st standard, 1819-1838), "Cahier", part of a triangular mark which is illegible.

DescriptionSilver holder with handle and two separate silver bowls. Rims of holder, top and bottom are decorated with classical rim design. some vermeil shows in the salt bowls. Coat-of-arms at each end of holder, consisting of oval sheidl with three fleur-de-lis wreath, crown above and crois below.
