Teapot with Lid
- 129
Beautiful and functional, yet mass-produced, this tea service’s simple geometric forms embody Bauhaus design and philosophy. Designer Margarete Heymann-Löbenstein was one of the first female students at the Bauhaus art and design school. She achieved international acclaim for her use of bold shapes and subtle, elegant ornament. These attributes are revealed in this tea service’s simple conical shapes and sculptural synthetic resin handles.
