DescriptionFeather assemblage constructed with rawhide base and two wool pendants elaborated with sewn and suspended feathers, which are pirmarily eagle. Two eagle feather "spikes," or projecting feathers decorated with quilled slats and horse hair extend from the center base. At the center of this base in an eagle's skull.
