DescriptionOctagonal form with straight neck, concave base, annular foot, cover, crabstock handle and spout. Manganese handle, spout, cover, foot and dividing ribs. Green neck, rim, and shoulders. Cover with pink, blue, and yellow reliefs of military trophies, surmounted by a hare knob. Eight panels, in blue, pink, yellow and green, sucessively, molded in relief with the following subjects: 1. Artillery, gun, park, and guard (blue); 2. Cavalry among the guns (pink); 3. Cavalry draw swords, charge sounded (yellow); 4. Cavalry checked in thick wood (green); 5. Cavalry in pursuit, firing carbines (blue); 6. Light cavalry on the march (pink); 7. platoon of infantry on the march (yellow); 8. Mounted standard bearer or escort (green).
