[1] Tom Steinhoff was a ballet dancer who held numerous roles in the Kansas City ballet community, including chairman of the dance division at the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Conservatory of Music, co-founder of the Westport Ballet Company, and director of the Kansas City Ballet.
